Product Test Agreement

This Product Testing Agreement (“this Agreement”) applies to the relationship between you (“The User”) and Anoison Electronics LLC (“The Company”) during your trial usage of the product supplied to you by The Company (“the Product”).

The Deal

We have a product—our test cables—that, based on all our testing, are every bit as good as—if not better than—other similar test cables available on the market at far lower prices than is customarily the case with precision-grade products like this.

We want to provide one or more of these precision-grade test cables for you to test for yourself. It’s yours to keep at no charge. The Company delivers the Product to you on an “as is” basis and shall have no liability or obligation of any kind to you.

You are responsible for using the Product for the purposes for which the Product was designed and to provide feedback to The Company. You agree that you are not a competitor and do not otherwise have a conflict of interest with the Company.

If it performs like we say it will, then please keep us in mind when you need more that we can sell to you. The Company would appreciate it if you could serve as a reference so that other potential customers can see that what we say about our test cables is the real thing.
